For a few months, I have been a little worried about learning how to convert things from the metric system to the US customary system on the fly. It's not a natural thing for me even if I did learn the basics in high school 35 years ago. The only one that I know readily is that 1 teaspoon is just about 5ml, and I only know that because I have parented 3 boys to teenhood, and doctors tend to say 5ml when prescribing medicine.
I still haven't found a good way to calculations for grams, liters, or meters, but I did find an easy way to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit in my head, which is perfect timing for knowing what to pack. As this was pretty straightforward, I thought I'd put together an infographic for anyone else that might want to know.

Here's the weather forecast of what I should expect over the next few days. Looks gorgeous, doesn't it?

If you are a metric whiz, please throw me a tip or two on how to convert distance, weight, and/or volume measures in my head. I have a feeling that I'm going to need to know that sooner rather than later.
